Bloggy Goodness

If you are looking for something to while away the hours while your inner genealogy emerges from its interconnection with the Creator, there's no better way than to consult my Ethnic Literature and Film professor, William A. Nericcio's Tex[t]-Mex:Galleryblog. His new book, Tex{t}Mex: Seductive Hallucinations of the Mexican in America is OUT and it's really, really, cool.

Besides, he linked to me.

Hola Jim,

Have been riding the buses of Minneapolis and thinking of how your writing combines environmental consciousness with racial/ethnic awareness.

Am wondering if anybody in your neck of the woods is talking about the racial implications of global warming.

It's hard not to think about it while sitting on the bus, which is filled with folks of color, in contrast to most of the folks driving alone in the cars.
